Keiana Myers, our April Cheerleader of the Month

Keiana Myers, an eight year Heat Veteran Cheerleader is our April Cheerleader of the Month.  Keiana is a member of our Senior Open Level 4 Team.  She is a phenomenal performer, a sensational student, and an overall wonderful young person to work with.  Her love for cheerleading, her commitment to "team" and her eagerness and willingness to work hard in everything that is thrown her way makes her the ideal COTM.  Keiana has suffered a MULTITUDE of injuries including a broken nose (3 times), a broken ankle (twice), a number of contusions, bruises and sprains and she never QUITS!  She is truly diligent, hardworking, reliable, and determined.  We are all very proud of Keiana and we look forward to her continued success with the program.  Keep up the GREAT work Keiana!

Heat Founder's Day Was a HUGE Success

On Saturday, April 26, 2008, Crimson Heat competed in the ACDA Six Flags Spring Spectacular.  This event marked eight years of all star success for the CHAS family.  It was 8 years ago that Heat competed it's very first team (Inferno) in this event.  Each year since that time, the CHAS family has celebrated Founder's Day during the event.  The CHAS family showed up in great numbers this year to celebrate.  All six of the base cheer teams competed in the event, and two special additions were added to the event - CHAS 3rd Degree, our Open Team and CHAS Ashes, our parent team.  6 teams won first place, 1 team received second place and our parents received a special recognition for their outstanding exhibition performance.  CHAS FIRE also received the Judges Choice Award.  Thanks to all of our family members, friends and supporters who came out to support  the Heat Founder's Day.
