We believe that everything is possible through our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. We start and end each practice giving thanks to our Father for providing an opportunity for us to be involved and influential in the lives of the children of our communities.
Our focus is on the growth and development of each participant throughout the program and we believe that growth is inspired and increased through a consistent relationship with Christ. We have a scripture that we use as a constant source of motivation and reminder of His will and His way, “I Can Do All Things Through Christ Who Strengthens Me!” - Philippians 4:13
Our Commitment to our Children!
The Crimson Heat Staff is chosen specifically according to the level of dedication one sets forth toward the children involved. Our staff understands that their duties and dedication extends well beyond the scheduled practice times and competitions. Our staff commits to the betterment of each and every child.
Our staff is determined to develop strong leaders today so they can be equipped to lead tomorrow. Our staff understands how important and influential an instructor can be at such a critical stage of a child’s life and is dedicated to help guide tomorrow’s achievers. We believe it takes a village to raise our children and we would like to build a strong network for our customers to extend the village while creating a safe haven for our children.
Our Focus is BIGGER than the TROPHY!
We teach our children to work hard to achieve their personal best. That’s all it takes. We feel, regardless of the outcome at a competition, if our children can say that they have given their personal best, we have achieved success. From day one, we want each participant to understand that HEAT stands for just that, Helping Each other, Achieve Their personal best. This philosophy encourages one to work to their potential as well as encourages everyone to work together, supporting team members as they achieve their personal best.
Our History of Success!
Crimson Heat has been in existence since 2000. Our program started off with great successes including Grand Champion of the American Cheer and Dance Academy’s Six Flags Spring Spectacular with our pilot team, receiving two Gold Medals at the Amateur Athletic Union Junior Olympics in the summer of 2002 and being named the Universal Studios “Bring It On” Holiday Cheer Off Grand Champions in 2003! Our success record also includes a host of other Local, Regional, National and World Championship Titles.
Since our program’s establishment, we have had the pleasure of coaching, mentoring and celebrating the success of over 400 athletes from more than 25 public and private schools throughout the Washington Metropolitan Area.
Our success has everything to do with our focus on each athlete achieving his or her personal best, which is a great success story in itself. Athletes with no All Star cheerleading experience prior to joining Heat have mastered skills within their first year of Heat performances. With a combination of quality instruction and our award winning choreography, we continue to blaze the score sheets - maintaining a strong presence in the All Star arena.
Our Strong Parent Booster Club!
Behind every good organization is a strong support team and for Crimson Heat that strong support team is our PARENT BOOSTER CLUB. We have an outstanding booster club headed by our biggest fans, our Parents! The Parent Booster Club is responsible for arranging fundraisers and events throughout the season to celebrate our children and their many achievements on and off of the competition floor. They are very supportive of the organization and have been recognized this year as a very visible support mechanism for Crimson Heat.
Our Retention Rate!
Crimson Heat is going into a third year with a 90% or higher retention rate. We love that our customers are satisfied with our program and are willing to continue with us year after year. Our largest recruitment mechanism is our Parent Community! We believe in their voices being heard and we factor them into key decisions that keep our program strong and viable. We have an open door policy to facilitate brainstorming, new idea sharing, and to resolve any issues as soon as they arise. With everyone working together, Crimson Heat is blazing ahead - welcoming all ages and stages to come along!
